Thisprotocolonlyprovidesaguideline,andshouldbemodifiedaccordingtoyourspecificneeds.

Thawallthecomponentsatroomtemperaturebeforeuse.
Add0.5mLH₂OtooneNADPHvial(ComponentD)tomake40XNADPHsolution.

Note:OnevialofNADPHisformaking10mLNADPRegeneratingSolution.

Add100µLH₂OtoNADPRegeneratingEnzymeMix(ComponentC)vialtomake400Xstocksolution.

Note:AliquotandstoreunusedComponentCat<-20^oC,keepfromlightandavoidrepeatedfreeze-thawcycles.

4. Prepare2XNADPRegeneratingSolutionaccordingtothefollowingtables,protectedfromlight.
