1.Preparestocksolutions:
1.1 100XAmplite™Blueperoxidasesubstratestocksolution:Add250µLofDMSO(ComponentE)intothevialofAmplite™BlueSubstrate(ComponentA).Thestocksolutionshouldbeusedpromptly,andanyremainingsolutionshouldbealiquotedandrefrozenat-20oC.
Note:Avoidrepeatedfreeze-thawcycles.
1.2 20U/mLHRPstocksolution:Add1mLofAssayBuffer(ComponentC)intothevialofHRP(ComponentD).
Note:TheunusedHRPsolutionshouldbedividedintosingleusealiquotsandstoredat-20oC.
