1)      Preparea10to20mMROSBrite™stocksolutioninDMSO.Make5to10µMworkingsolutionbydilutingtheDMSOstocksolutionintoHankssolutionwith20mMHepesbuffer(HHBS).

2)      Treatcellsasdesired(e.g.,RASMcellsaretreatedwith50-100nMangiotensinIIfor3-5hours).

3)      IncubatethecellswithROSBrite™(5-10µM,fromStep#1)for15-30minutesat37ºC.
