1.Warmupthemountingsolution:Removethemountingsolutionfromrefrigerator.Warmthebottletoroomtemperature,protectedfromlight.
2.Applythemountingsolution:Removeanyexcessliquidfromyourspecimen.Addasmalldropofthemountingsolutiontothespecimen.Ifthesampleisonaslideortissueculturedish,carefullyplaceacoversliponthedrop,avoidingairbubbles.Ifthesampleisonacoverslip,invertthecoversliponacleanglassslide.Removeanyexcessanti-fADIngcomponent.
3.Preparesamplesforimaging:Themountingsolutionshouldbeincubatedfor2hourstoovernight.Forlong-termstorage,sealthecoversliptotheslidewithnailpolishoraplasticsealant.Mountedslidesshouldbestoredat4ºCinthedarkforoptimumsamplelongevity.Thefluorescenceimagingwouldremainstableformanyweeks.Samplescanbeimagedimmediatelyaftermounting.
