1. WarmupReadiLink™proteinconjugationstopbufferatroomtemperaturebeforeuse.
2. Prepareyourprotein(antibody)conjugationreactionasneeded.
3. StopConjugationreactionbyaddingReadiLink™proteinconjugationstopbufferat1:50ratio(suchasfora100µLconjugationreaction,add2µLReadiLink™proteinconjugationstopbuffer).
4. Incubateatroomtemperaturefor10minutes.
5. Thelabeledprotein(antibody)isnowreadytouse.
Note1:Itisnotnecessarytopurifyconjugatedproteins(antibodies)withacolumnaftertheconjugationreactionisstoppedwithReadiLink™proteinconjugationstopbufferiftheconjugationisusedwithin1month.
Note2:Forlongtermstorage,itisrecommendedpurifyingtheconjugatedproteins(antibodies)withdesaltingcolumn.Andtheproteinconjugateshouldbestoredat>0.5mg/mLinthepresenceofacarrierprotein(e.g.,0.1%bovineserum
albumin).Forlongerstorage,theproteinconjugatescouldbelyophilizedordividedintosingle-usedaliquotsandstoredat≤–20°C.
